1/2 cup butter
1 cup regular rice
1 can Golden Mushroom Soup
1 cup water
1 chicken or 4-6 chicken breasts
1 tsp. onion flakes
1 tsp. salt
black pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in 9X13 baking pan. Stir in rice, onion flakes, salt, soup and water. Place chicken on top of rice. Sprinkle with black pepper and bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
