1 pkg. breakfast sausage
9" pie shell, pre made
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 cup chopped green bell peppers
2 Tbsp. chopped green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage until done. Crumble and mix with cheese. Sprinkle in pie shell. Lightly beat eggs in bowl. Combine remaining ingredients to eggs. Pour in pie shell. Bake at 375 for 40-45 min. Cool for 10 min.
