2 - 3 lbs. chicked, cook, cool and debone
3 stalks celery
1 onion
1 stick butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken
1 can milk
3 stacks Ritz crackers, crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Cook, cool and debone chicken. Cut or shred into chunks.
Saute celery and onion and add soups and milk. Mix. Make 3 layers in 9 X 13 pan, cracker crumbs, chicken, and then sauce.
Bake 45 at 350.

Twila, my mom's niece, would bring this to the Hall family reunion always held the third Sunday in July in Wisconsin.
