1/3 cup margarine or butter
2 tbls snipped fresh cilantro or parsley
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground red pepper
6 fresh ears of corn

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine or butter in microwave, stir in cilantro or parsley, slat, and ground red pepper. Remove the husks from ears of corn, rinse and pat dry. Place each ear on a sheet of heavy aluminum foil and brush with mixture. Wrap corn securely. Grill corn on the rack of an uncovered grill directly over medium heat for about 20 minutes or until tender, turning frequently.

Serve with: GRILLED PORK LOIN WITH SOUTHWESTERN PESTO SAUCE
