1 cup (4 ozs) crumbled blue cheese
cup mayo
cup sour cream
1 tbl finely chopped fresh chives (or more to taste & color)
freshly ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, thoroughly mix together the blue cheese, mayo and sour cream. Stir in the chives and add a few grinds of pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning. Transfer to serving bowl and serve immediately.

Serve with crudites, bagel chips, veggie chips....
