Yellow onion
1 tbl salt, garam masala, garlic powder, chili powder
2 tbls cumin

Directions:
Directions:
Make a rub of seasonings in small bowl. Cook yellow onion in hot skillet with oil. Cut eggplant into 2 wedges and coat with rub. Cook in hot oil until crispy/firm on outside.
