1-2 pounds meat
1-2 tbls veggie oil
1 large onion chopped finely
1-3/4 tsp Garam Masala
tsp Curry Powder
1 tsp Cumin
tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 cup plain yogurt
8 oz sour cream
tsp tumeric
2 tsp garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Put oil in skillet and cook meat until almost done and remove. Add another tble of oil to skillet and cook onion over low flame. Add Garam Masala, curry, cumin, cayenne pepper. And mix together. Add yogurt and meat to mixture and stir over low heat. Add sour cream, tumeric and garlic raise bflame and bring to boil. Add tomato and stir until blended and warmed through. Serve with jasmine or basmati rice.
