Ĺ cup mayo
2 tbs vinegar
ľ cup cream
Ĺ cup sugar
1 lb fresh spinach
1 red onion sliced into rings
4 sliced hard boiled eggs
3-4 slices crisp bacon crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Combine mayo, vinegar, cream, sugar and salt in a jar.....shake to blend wel.
Pour over spinach and toss.
Top with onion rings, eggs and bacon.
