2 tbls extra virgin olive oil
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 large onion sliced thinly
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbl fresh rosemary leaves, chopped
˝ cup far-free low sodium chicken broth
pinch salt
pinch freshly ground black pepper

Heat the oil in large skillet over medium heat
Sauté the breasts for 4 minutes until brown, turn and add onion
Cover and cook 5 minutes
Add the garlic, rosemary and broth, cover and cook until onion is tender crisp (~10 mins)
Season with salt and pepper
