1 medium onion, sliced
1 can Campbell's consomme
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. margarine
Day old bread, cut with biscuit cutter into circle
margarine
Garlic salt
Mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Spread margarine over bread, sprinkle with garlic powder and broil til golden brown (making a crouton). In skillet, melt margarine, saute onion slices until opaque. Sprinkle flour over sauted onions and stir to coat onions. Add consomme to skillet and allow to come to a boil, stirring occasionally. Cook for 2 minutes. Ladle the soup into bake proof, individual, soup bowls. Top with the crouton and sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Broil until cheese melts and browns.
