Ingredients:
1 can sauerkraut
1 pkg. Ballpark Knockwurst, split lengthwise but not all the way through
1 pkg. sliced Kraft swiss cheese
1 loaf sliced seedless Rye bread
margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Heat sauerkraut in a saucepan. In a skillet on medium heat melt a pat of margarine. Lightly toast 2 slices of Rye on one side, and heat one knockwurst per person, browning slightly. Flip one slice of rye as you drop a bit of margarine on the skillet, place the knockwurst on the turned over rye, top with the hot kraut (use a slotted spoon to drain of some of the juice) and top with a piece of swiss cheese and then the 2nd piece of Rye toasted side down. Allow to brown before placing another small bit of margarine and carefully flipping the sandwich to brown the second side. An easy favorite!
