1 - 16 oz. can sweet potatoes
3 T. margarine
c. dark brown sugar
can, (small) of pineapple bits, optional
Sprinkle of cinnamon and/or nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet melt margarine, add brown sugar and cook on medium heat until mixture begins to bubble. Add juice from can of sweet potatoes (only 3/4 cup) and allow to simmer for a few minutes. Add sweet potatoes to skillet, baste with glaze, add pineapple just by dropping it into glaze with sweet potatoes. Cover and cook on low heat for a few minutes to heat through. Transfer to serving dish; sprinkle with cinnamon if you prefer.
