1/2 cup salad oil
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. worchestershire sauce
2 lb. sirlion - cubed
20 whole mushrooms
1 red pepper cut in 1 inch squares

Mix marinade - add meat and coat. Cover in bowl and refrigerate over night.
