6 c. diced, cooked red potatoes
1/3 c. clear Italian dressing
couple pinches sugar (optional)
c. green onions & tops
1/3 c. chopped celery
1 tsp. celery seed
tsp. salt
tsp. pepper
4 hard boiled eggs
1 c. sour cream
c. mayonnaise
c. vinegar
1 tsp. prepared mustard

While potatoes are still warm pour Italian dressing over and toss lightly. Chill for 2 hours. Separate cooked egg yolk and whites. Chop the whites and add with remaining ingredients. Garnish with crumbled egg yolk or additional chopped green onion. Serve cold.
