3/4 c. cooked, white rice
1 lb. ground chuck
1 small onion, diced
Couple dashes garlic salt
1 egg
Ketchup
Worcestershire sauce
4 green peppers
1 can stewed tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground beef, cooked rice, onion, garlic salt, egg, c. ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Hollow out the green pepper making pepper "cups". Parboil or microwave pepper cups. Put the stewed tomatoes and c. ketchup in large, stove to oven dish. Heat sauce on stove till hot then move off burner; stuff pepper cups with rice/meat mixture and position in pan with sauce. Make remaining meat/rice mixture into balls and drop between the pepper cups. Brush ketchup over each pepper cup and meat surface. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour.

Serve the sauce as a side to be used over mashed potatoes. Serve with frozen peas and carrots.
