Crescent Rolls - 2 packages
1 package breakfast pork sausage
(Jimmy Dean) is good here.
2 c mozzarella cheese grated
4 eggs
3/4 c milk
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a 13 x 9 baking pan lay down the crescent rolls to cover the bottom of the pan. Cook your sausage and chop up into bite-size pieces. Drain well and spread over top of the crescent rolls. In a bowl mix the eggs, cheese, milk, salt and pepper. Pour this mixture over top of the sausage. Bake at 425 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
