3 lbs. lean ground chuck
1 small onion diced
2 large eggs
tsp. salt
tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. Progresso Italian seasoned bread crumbs
tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. water
c. ketchup (Heinz

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients by kneading by hand. Split into 2 halves. Shape into loafs by hand, being sure to pat the mix into firm loaves. Bake for 1 hr. Baste with sauce and bake 10 minutes longer. Allow to cool 10-15 minutes before serving.

Meatloaf Sauce
1 c. ketchup (Heinz only)
c. brown sugar - packed
1 tsp. white vinegar

Mix ingredients together. Baste over meatloaf and serve as a side at the table.
