Ingredients:  
7 large potatoes
1 c. sour cream
1/4 lb. butter
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 T. chives
1 pkg. chopped frozen spinach
1 T. sugar
1 c. shredded cheese
2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes and mash. Add sour cream, sugar, butter, salt and pepper. Mash some more. Add chives. Add drained spinach and mix everything together. Put in greased casserole. Put cheese on top. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes.
