Tuna Casserole Recipe

2 6 oz. cans of tuna, drained
8 ounces elbow macaroni, cooked (1/2 box)
4 T. butter
2 T. flour
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 cups milk
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Optional: additional 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
Optional: bread crumbs mixed with melted butter

Melt butter in large sauce pan. Add flour, salt and pepper; stir
until smooth and bubbly. Add millk and soup and stir over low
heat until smooth and thickened. Add pasta, tuna and cheese
and stir constantly. Pour into 2-quart casserole dish sprayed
with vegetable oil spray. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Option:
top with additional cheese and bread crumbs and bake at 350
for 30-40 minutes (until browned).
