1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. brown sugar
2 c. quick cooking rolled oats
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter and sugar in a saucepan, cook and stir till the butter melts. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour into a greased 8x8x2 inch baking pan.
Bake at 350 20 to 25 minutes. Cool; cut into bars.
Makes 2 dozen.
