4 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp.cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cup oil
2 1/2 cup flour
3 small jars baby food (carrot)
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients Bake 350* 25-30 minutes
Makes 2 9x13 pans grease pans

Cream Cheese Frosting
3 1/2 cup Powered sugar
1/2 c. butter
8 oz cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
combine and beat
spread on bars.
