4 eggs
1 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp.cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vanilla
6 c. old bread cubed
3/4 c. raisins (optioal)
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 egg (beaten)
2 c.milk
1/4 c. water

Blend eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, salt, vanilla and pour over bread. Put in 9 x 13 x 2 pan.Bake 350 for 1 hr. Mix in medium sauce pan milk,salt and egg and cocoa. Blend cornstarch with a 1/4 c. water. Add to milk mixture and bring to boil. Pour over pudding in seperate serving dishes.
