1box(16oz.) bowtie pasta
2T. butter or margarine
2 large cloves garlic, minced
2T. all-purpose flour
3/4c. chicken broth
3/4c. whole milk or light cream
1 T. fresh chopped parsley
salt and pepper to taste
1/3c. Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.Meanwhile, in small saucepan, melt butter;add garlic. Cook over medium heat 1 minute. Add flour;cook1 minute, stirring constantly. Stir in broth and milk. Cook stirring frequently, until sauce boils and thickens. Add parsley, salt and pepper and cheese. Stir until cheese melts. Toss pasta with sauce. Serves 8

I use to add cooked chicken to this pasta. to make it a heartier meal. Chip and his friends loved it. They were always coming in the door hungry and this was easy to heat up in the microwave.
