1 c. oleo
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. peanut butter
2 c. flour
2 c. inst. oatmeal
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg.(12oz.)peanut butter or chocolate chips
2 c. powder sugar
2 tbsp. peanut butter
enough cream to make a thin frosting

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugars, eggs and peanut butter and oleo.Sift and add flour, soda,salt and vanilla and oatmeal. Spread this mixture in a cookies sheet(this will be very thin you will have to spread this with your hand, the batter will be thick..) Bake at 350 for 20 min. (or until it raises and becomes bubbly and falls. Remove from oven and spread with chips, when chips are soft spread with spatula . Frost with peanut butter and powder sugar frosting. Cool. Slice in 1x3 bars.
