3/4 c. oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs (beaten)
1 c. carrots (grated)
1/2 c. coconut
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream oil and sugar add eggs and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Blend.Add carrots and coconut .Bake 1 hr. 350.or until toothpick comes out clean Pour into greased bread pan.
