6 to 8 Medium size bell peppers
2 tlbs bacon drippings
1 pound ground meat
4 slices bread, soaked in water
2 strips bacon, fried and chopped
2 ribs of celery, chopped
1 medium size onion minced

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground meat in bacon drippings, add minced onion, celery, bacon, salt and pepper to taste. cook for 10-minutes. add bread and simmer 30 minutes. when cooked, stuff into cleaned peppers. sprinkle top with bread crumbs and bit of butter. place in baking pan in small amount of water and bake in oven at 450 until peppers are done.
