2 Tlbs fat
1 clove garlic
1 onion, chopped
1 pound ground beef
2 cups canned tomatoes
2 cups canned corn
4 tlbs butter
5 Tlbs flour
1 Tsp brown sugar
1/2 Tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp paprika
Pie Crust, biscuits or slices of buttered bread

Directions:
Directions:
Melt fat and saute garlic and onion, stir in ground meat and brown, add tomatoes and corn, melt butter, stir in flour. add these ingredients to the meat mixture, stir and cook until boiling. season with sugar, chili powder, salt and paprika. place in a greased, oven proof dish. top with pie crust, biscuits or slices of buttered bread. place in a hot oven of 425 until the top is done, about 20-minutes.
