3 Cups Flour 2 Cups sugar
1 tsp bak soda 3/4 cup oil
1 tsp bak powder 2 - eggs beaten
1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla
1-1/2 tsp salt 4 cup diced apples

Directions:
Directions:
Sift in large bowl all dry ingredients. Stir in wet ingredients. - apples and nuts -

Pour into a tube pan. Bake 1 and 1/4 hours at 350
degrees. Remove and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Cool on rack.
