1 Lb. Rigatoni cooked according to package and set aside
1 Lb. Black Forest Turkey Ham... diced
5 Cloves Garlic diced
1 tangerine sized onion... really diced!
1 container Mushrooms diced.
2 jars your choice spaghetti Sauce.
Your favorite red wine
1/2 pint Heavy Cream.

Directions:
Directions:
Cover bottom of a large sauce pan with olive oil. Saute onion, garlic and Turkey ham.
Add mushrooms.
Add 2 jars Sauce... I use Emril's, Home Style Marinara
Add 3 "glugs"... (that Italian for 2/3 C.) Red wine.
Add 1/2 pint Heavy cream at the very end !
