2 scallions, chopped
1 tsp. fresh ginger grated
1 clove garlic, crushed
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
1 tsp Tabasco sauce
1 Tbsp. dry sherry

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Refrigerate.

Serve as a dip with steamed shrimp.

Anything would be good dipped in this sauce...eggrolls!!, steak, chicken, tempura shrimp. Glorious.
