Spiced Nuts Recipe

1 lb pecans
1 lb walnuts
1 lb cashews
(May also use dried fruit, cherries, or other kinds of nuts)3 egg whites - beaten until foamy

Place nuts in a large roaster pan.
Coat nuts with the beaten egg whites.

Mix together:
3 cups of sugar
1 small jar of pumpkin pie spice

Sprinkle over nuts and coat evenly.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 - 2 hours, stirring every 15 minutes to coat.

Let cool and store in zip - lock bags or a covered container.
