2 T. sugar
1 cup heavy cream
8 oz. Bittersweet chocolate
1 T. butter
1 T. cabernet sauvignon (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a microwave safe bowl, mix sugar, heavy cream, chocolate and butter together and microwave x 2 minutes

Take out, whisk quickly and add wine and whisk again. Transfer to a fondue pot with a flame underneath. Serve with pound cake cubes, strawberries, biscotti bits for dipping.
