1 lbs. Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 egg, beaten, or 2 egg whites
1 tsp water
2 cups Italian bread crumbs
2 T. olive oil
1 28 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
2cups mozzarella or provolone cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Wash chicken, pound flat. Beat egg & water. Dip chicken into egg then bread crumbs. In a skillet, brown chicken in oil on both sides, place in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Cover with 1 cup of cheese, then spaghetti sauce. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes. After removing from oven, sprinkle with remaining cheese. Serve with pasta.
