1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 medium onion (chopped)
8 oz frozen lima beans
1 c. Minute Rice (cooked)
1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
Shredded cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste


Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef in skillet with onion and limas. Drain and wash to remove grease. Return to stove and add cream of mushroom soup, worcestershire sauce and rice and salt and pepper. Stir. Reduce heat. Sprinkle cheese over top and cover with lid. Ready to serve when cheese is melted.
