2 cups flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup or 2 Tbsp. shortening
3/4 milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients; cut in shortening. Add milk all at one time. Mix lightly. Knead on floured board 12 to 15 times. Pat to 1/2" thickness. Cut with biscuit cutter. Bake 425 for about 10 minutes or til lightly browned.
