1 Package (10 ounces) baby spinach, chopped, or frozen chopped spinach, thawed and sqeezed dry
1 container (16 ounce) sour cream
1 Cup Hellmann's Mayonnaise
1 Package Knoor Vegetable Recipe Mix
1 can (8 ounces) water chestnutts, drained and chopped
3 Green onions chopped (optional)

Directions:

Combine all ingredients. Chill at least 2 hours. Serve with Hawaiin bread or Bagel chips.
