1 10-oz pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked & drained
1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/3 c. light soft cream cheese (tub)
1 T. finely chopped onion
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
24 slices shaved ham (or turkey breast)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except ham until well blended.
Flatten ham slices.
Place one slice of ham in each well of a 24 count mini muffin pan.
Fill each with a small ball of the cheese/spinach mixture.
Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
Serve warm.

I usually use Buddig thin sliced meat. Since this recipe makes 24 cups, I like to use half ham and half turkey. They look really pretty when you arrange them on a plate. These always seem to disappear quickly when I take them to a party.
