3 large tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped fresh basil
3 T. olive oil
2 T. balsamic or red wine vinegar
2 T. sliced green onions
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. ground black pepper
1, 16 oz. box penne pasta (uncooked)
1, 5.2 oz. package boursin cheese with garlic and fine herbs

Directions:
Directions:
Core tomatoes, coarsely chop. Set aside in large bowl along with basil, olive oil, vinegar, green onions, salt and pepper. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain pasta and return to saucepan. Add cheese and reserved tomato mixture. Stir until cheese melts and forms creamy sauce. Serve immediately.
