Ingredients:
1 pound sausage (without casing)
1 pound Ground Beef
1 Clove minced Garlic
1 Tablespoon Basil
1 1/2 Teaspoons Salt
1 12 ounce can chopped tomatoes (drained well)
2 6 ounce cans tomato paste

2 Beaten Eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 pound mozzerella

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meats slowly. Spoon off excess fat. Add garlic, basil, salt, chopped tomatoes and tomato paste. Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occassionally.

Cook Noodles according to package directions. Drain, but do not rinse (starch from noodles will help sauce stick).I always make 1 extra noodle just in case 1 breaks..

Combine ricotta cheese, parmesan, parlsey, eggs, salt and pepper in bowl.

Place noodles in 9 x 13 baking pan. Spred 1/2 cheese mixture, 1/2 meat mixture and 1/2 mozzerella (in that order). Repeat. End with mozzerella cheese on top. Place in a PREheated 375 oven, bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
