3 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 c. fresh bread crumbs
dash paprika
2 - 16 oz. cans French style green beans

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 2 tbsp. butter, blend in flour slowly, pour in milk, stir constantly. Cook and stir until thickened. Stir in cheese, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Do not boil. Put green beans in 2 qt. casserole dish. Pour sauce on and add remaining butter, mix. Bake 375 for 20 minutes.
