3 lbs.chicken wings
2 tablespoons ketchup
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons oil
1 cup honey
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 clove garlic, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
cut off small wing tips of each chicken wing and discard. cut remaining wing into two parts. sprinkle with salt, pepper and
the oil and set aside.

preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

combine the remaining ingredients and pour over chicken pieces. make one layer of coated chicken pieces in a baking dish. bake one hour, or until chicken pieces are thoroughly cooked and the sauce is caramelized. if chicken starts to burn, reduce oven heat.
yield: six or more servings.
