2 cans crushed tomatoes
olive oil
2 cans white kidney beans
3-4 cloves garlic
1/2 - 1 onion
1 lb. penne pasta
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Chop onion and garlic. Saute in large pot with olive oil unitl onions are clear color. Add crushed tomatoes and cook for 1 -1 1/2 hours. Add beans, juice and all, for last 10 minutes of cooking. In seperate pot cook penne pasta. Drain. Pour tomatoes and beans over pasta and serve with Parmesan cheese.
