8 oz. softened cream cheese
3 lb. Ricotta
orange or lemon rind
12 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 cups sugar
cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Beat eggs and sugar, add in vanilla and cream cheese, rind and Ricotta, stir by hand. Top with cinnamon. Bake one hour in apyrex dish.
