1 lb ground beef,
1 can refried beans,
1 pkg taco seasoning mix,
shredded cheese,
chopped onion,
fajita sized flour tortillias,
1/2 lb velveta cheese,
1 can Rotel

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef till no longer pink, drain. Add refried beans, taco seasoning,(no water) onions & cheese.Place about 3 tbsp into tortillia, roll up like a burrito. Place in greased 9x13" pan. When pan is filled, melt velveta and rotel together in microwave until smooth. Pour over top of burritos. Cover with foil. Bake at 350.for 20 min, then uncover and bake additional 15 minutes.
Serve with salsa & sour cream on the side.
