Ingredients:
Yukon Potatoes (six medium) Washed and dried*
1 Med to Large Vidalia or other sweet onion diced
1/4 c Butter cubed
1/4 c Olive Oil
1/2 c Chicken broth
1 to 2 T. Italian Seasoning mix

Directions:
Directions:
Cut potatoes and onions into even chunks. Place in a grill safe container. Pie tin works great. Add Chicken broth, and Italian seasoning, cubes of butter and drizzel with Olivia oil. Cover with tin foil and place on grill. After 10 minutes or so, stir, and then punch holes in the foil so moisture escapes. Watch so the potatoes don't burn. If you have a middle rack on the grill, this is the best place to cook. Total cook time depends on how hot the grill is. Usually done in 20 - 30 minutes. บบบบบบ
