One brick of cream cheese
Pickles (any kind), relish is quickest
Pickle juice (key ingredient)
Other add-ins are optional:
Onions
Diced ham
Pimentos
Hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Add softened cream cheese to any variety of pickles. Carefully add additional pickle juice from any jar in the fridge. Too little juice and the dip will taste bland. Too much and you will have pickle soup!
Add any other ingredients you like (keeping them thinly sliced). Hot sauce can always be added on top.
Serve at room temperature with a variety of crackers/cut veggies.
