Corn meal
boiling hot water or sweet milk
grease
pinch or two of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix corn meal, boiling hot water (or sweet milk)-enough to make good soft mix. Add salt and a little grease. Pour in flat iron griddle on hot stove. Have griddle greased good. Turn when browned.
