2 lb jar sauerkrout
1 chopped bell pepper or red pepper
1 chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
may use 1/2 jar pimento for color

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse and hand squeeze sauerkrout. Mix sugar, vinegar and oil. Pour over other ingredients. Stir occassionally.

Mix this the night before and it will last in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
