1 2/3 c evaporated milk, chilled
2/3 cup sugar
1 package unsweetened Kool-Aid
Graham pie shell, baked and cooled (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Pour milk into shallow bowl and place in freezer; remove just as ice crystals begin forming around the edge... perhaps after a half-hour.

Whip milk on highest speed until light. Slowly add sugar and Koolaid. Continue whipping until the mixture is stiff.

Mixture can be poured into baked and cooled graham crust, left in the existing bowl, or placed into individual servings.

Freeze 3 - 4 hours before serving.
