3 large sweet potatoes
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 cup light brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 stick butter or margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla

TOPPING
1/3 stick butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cut up sweet potatoes. Cover with water and cook until tender. Beat cooked potatoes. Add sugar, light brown sugar, eggs, salt, butter and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into sprayed casserole dish. Bake at 400 until set in pan, approximately 30-40 minutes. Separately, mix butter, brown sugar and pecans. Sprinkle on top of casserole. Brown for 10 minutes.
